Storage

Store in the original muslin or garment bag provided.
Keep embroidered pieces in a ventilated wardrobe, never in sealed plastic bags.
Avoid direct sunlight or yellow lighting to prevent discoloration.
Heavy garments (lehengas, shararas, fully embellished pieces) should be folded with acid-free tissue paper instead of being hung.

Fabric Care

Steam only from the reverse side.
Do not use a flat iron.
Keep away from water, oils, alcohol, and makeup.
Avoid exposure to heat sources or excessive humidity.

Cleaning

All Studio Wachisa garments are Dry Clean Only.
Choose a dry cleaner familiar with couture fabrics and delicate embellishments.
Inform them of any specific embroidery or detailing.

Embellishment Care

Store embellished garments in a cool, moisture-free environment.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces that may scratch sequins, pearls, or beads.
Do not expose embellishments to steam, chemical products, or detergents.
Extra embellishment kits may be provided with select couture pieces.

Based on customer-provided measurements, each outfit is custom-stitched with care. Production takes 25–60 days depending on the complexity of the design.
Once ready, domestic orders are delivered within 10 days, and international deliveries within 15 days.

DELIVERY
Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery.

The products listed under the "Ready to Ship" section of the website shall be dispatched for delivery within a timeframe of 5-7 business days, contingent upon the geographical location of the recipient.We are 'Made To Order', and hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we would require 5 weeks to 6 weeks.
