For international purchases, duties and taxes may be applicable based on the import laws of your country. The brand is not responsible for these charges; customers are solely liable for any applicable fees.

These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. STUDIO WACHISA does not have any responsibility for the additional charges that may apply and the shipping charges paid are exclusive of such import taxes, customs fees or other duties imposed by the respective jurisdiction.
• Based on customer-provided measurements, each outfit is custom-stitched with care. Production takes 25–60 days depending on the complexity of the design.
  Once ready, domestic orders are delivered within 10 days, and international deliveries within 15 days.

  DELIVERY

  Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery. 
  
  The products listed under the "Ready to Ship" section of the website shall be dispatched for delivery within a timeframe of 5-7 business days, contingent upon the geographical location of the recipient.

  We are 'Made To Order', and hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we would require 5 weeks to 6 weeks. The delivery timeline shall be 5 weeks for all domestic orders and 6 weeks for International orders.
